One example of our expertise is the Runoratsu parking garage in Perkkaa, Espoo, which houses a total of 454 parking spaces across seven floors. The challenges of this turnkey contract included reinforcing the weak soil in the area and working in a cramped space while residential buildings were being built at the same time.
