We implemented a new wastewater treatment plant for the Äänekoski bioproduct mill in the Teräväniemi area of Äänekoski. The site was built on demanding, waterlogged soil. The majority of the structures at the treatment plant were built below the surrounding water and groundwater level. Our scope of supply included earth works, underground pipelines and cast-in-place concrete structures.
