KSBR carried out earthworks for the entire Taanila business center construction area – covering approximately 4 hectares – of which the building accounted for approximately 10,500 m².

The contract also included extensive piping: subsurface drains, rainwater systems, retention basins, and separator systems were all implemented according to plan. The construction site was a logistical challenge, because many contractors were working simultaneously in a limited area. KSBR’s strong expertise in planning, the right choice of equipment, and a professional team enabled the project to progress smoothly and achieve a high-quality end result.

The project was completed on schedule in close cooperation with other contractors, highlighting KSBR’s ability to operate efficiently – even in joint projects involving multiple parties.
