Zero accidents
KSBR determines occupational safety risks and, whenever possible, reduce or eliminate them. We train our employees for work safety. Each employee has an occupational safety card, and any safety deviations observed are immediately recorded and reported to supervisors. Our employees take care of their own safety on site by following occupational safety instructions. We maintain general cleanliness and order.
A healthy work community
KSBR’s work is guided by trust and transparent activities. We encourage employees to take actively part and develop themselves in our community. The satisfaction surveys are carried out to reveal possible issues. We arrange common events and training.
Taking the environment into account in all our activities
KSBR determines environmental risks and, whenever possible, reduce or eliminate them. In activities that involve a risk of environmental contamination, we follow appropriate work methods to prevent them. We maintain general cleanliness and order.
